Axel stood there silently for a reason. He hated Xemnas, yet still listened to whatever missions were given to Axel by him. Axel was number 8 in the Order but he didn't see it significant. He just did whatever he and Xemnas wanted too, no one else. He had drifted away from the Order since Xemnas declined his proposal to find Roxas as a mission. Axel's hatred for Xemnas increased after that. He stood silent there for he would have said something to Xemnas that would be out of line.
"Ignore him, he's a fool that thinks we can regain our hearts. I have to admit, at first I thought we would get them back, but Roxas taught me that no hard you try you cannot retrieve half of a heart. Roxas is thirteenth in the Order but betrayed them to find out why he was chosen by the Keyblade. I told him not too but he doesn't listen once his mind is made up. I'm only with the Order now as its a life long thing, if your not with them your against them sort of thing. You'd be best to stay away from them cause they will want you to join them."
