Roxas gave a sign of recognition and kept running. He made it sort of close to the stairs of the building and stopped. All's he had to do was hold them off for a little, right? At least that's what he hoped. He also hoped that it would be as easy said as done. He spun to clear a circle around him. As they jumped at him, he slashed them down, two at a time and sometimes more. He could feeling himself starting to fail.
In a desperate attempt to fight them off, he spun his keyblade by his side and held it in front of him. He felt something leave him...and in a sudden moment, a ring of fire surrounded him. It blew the heartless away and destroyed the ones close to him.

He looked back up at Axel.
"Hurry it up, will you!?"
